The purpose of this group is to discuss various approaches to maintaining health, and/or optimizing health. We place a strong emphasis on evidence based methods of healing. A new, informal group of ukulele players in the greater Charlotte area who periodically get together and play our ukes. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to join, regardless of experience, we're just looking to have a great time. Also, if you're interested in learning more about the ukulele but haven't started playing yet feel free to swing by and get to know what we're all about. Membership in the group is free but you need to buy your own drinks :)

This is a group for anyone anyone who's interested in meeting and playing acoustic music of many kinds with a group in upstate SC or Western NC. Traditional & contemporary are welcome. I'd love to bring a little cooking (and eating) into the mix as well!
