Sacred spaces meets for 90 minutes on the fourth Saturday of the month to practice a few different meditation styles. We meet at the First Unitarian Universalist Church on the Southeast corner of Claiborne and Jefferson Avenues. The building has a beautiful labyrinth built into the floor for contemplative walking meditation, beautiful soft light, and lovely acoustics. Relax and be present in the moment. We welcome you.
