This group is for anyone wanting to sing, or anyone who finds themselves sitting at home with an instrument wishing to "jam" with other musicians but who are too scared to do so. This group gets together and does free improv. It is not a rock jam. All levels of experience are welcome. I will facilitate the improv and teach and guide at the same time. I use breath and awareness of the body to help people be expressive and creative in a fun and supportive environment.
